John Wesley Coutts passed away on the 19th September 2007. He was a prolific song writer and
musician, and was very well known for all types of music, especially the Country Music Scene in
Scotland. I had the honour of singing with him for a couple of years and he and I had a lovely
working relationship with a lot of fun and laughs. Throughout the time I knew him, he was a true
professional and perfectionist. He was a member of the Songwriters Guild in Nashville and won awards
for his songs, as he co wrote with songwriters over there. He was a devoted and loving husband to
Angie and proud and loving Dad to his 3 daughters and son, Sarah, Emma, Melody and Wesley.He was
also a loving and well loved Grand Dad to Jasmine and Aulay. I am proud to have known him and worked
with him and he will never be forgotten by all his friends who knew him.

Late as usual John, but you knew my timing always needed worked on, I hope you had a good birthday in Honky Tonk Heaven with all the other wonderful people there. We all still miss you down here, but the happy memories you left us, will never be forgotten, and your music lives on forever.
